Led a team to develop the relighting guidelines and specifications for the 2009 Recovery Act projects, based upon USDOE Commercial Lighting Solutions best practices. Founded and managed the public-private Light Right Consortium with world class research team to study the impact of lighting on office worker productivity. Project decisively proved positive impacts on workers using direct/indirect lighting with digital integrated sensors and workstation-specific personal control. (Phases I & II at PNNL for the USDOE, with multiple sponsorship and researchers. Phase III funding and execution by National Research Council of Canada.)
